Role Overview
Support material-handling operations in an onshore oil and gas 4PL environment.
Coordinate assigned work, monitor operations, supervise equipment use, and support riggers with material movement activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate assigned tasks according to plan and priorities.
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate for operations.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Supervise the use of cranes, forklifts, gears, lashing belts, and other equipment.
- Monitor daily operations and report updates to the Supervisor.
- Escalate operational issues to the Supervisor.
- Promote public safety and security during operations.
- Supervise and support riggers with offloading, packing, bundling, and picking activities.
Reporting and Systems Support
- Support SKs with HSE reports, weekly reports, and data-entry tasks.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager to meet business needs.
Operational Knowledge
- Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies supporting effective public safety and security operations.
- Experience or capability with crane, forklift, rigging, lashing, offloading, packing, bundling, and picking activities is required by the described duties.
