Serve guests in a busy Dubai restaurant environment while combining floor service with strong bar and alcohol-service knowledge.

What the Employer Seeks
- At least two years of waiter or waitress experience in a licensed restaurant.
- Strong alcohol and bar-service experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and beer.
- Clear and confident English communication is mandatory.
- Spanish and Russian are listed as required languages.
- POS and cashiering experience.
- European-style restaurant or bar experience is advantageous.
- Professional grooming, confident guest communication, positive energy, and comfort in a high-energy environment.
Service Responsibilities
- Work a busy floor and provide confident restaurant, alcohol, and bar service.
- Welcome guests, read their preferences, recommend drinks, and engage naturally while respecting their space.
- Discuss and serve wine, spirits, classic and signature cocktails, beer, aperitifs, and digestifs.
- Use confident recommendations and natural upselling.
- Support colleagues, take ownership of service issues, and create memorable guest experiences.
- Operate POS and cashiering processes.
