Lead the bar operation, drink quality, team energy, and guest experience.
The role is positioned as a leadership role rather than a standard senior bartender position.
What the Employer Seeks
- Proven experience as a Head Bartender, Bar Supervisor, or Senior Bartender in a licensed hospitality venue.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, classic cocktails, and modern mixology.
- Excellent cocktail execution and presentation.
- Experience developing signature cocktails and beverage menus.
- Strong English communication and guest service skills.
- UAE experience is a strong advantage.
- Professional presentation, leadership, team training, and comfort in a busy high-volume operation.
Bar Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the bar team during service.
- Set standards for quality, speed, presentation, and hospitality.
- Train bartenders and barbacks and improve signature cocktails.
- Maintain recipes, specifications, portion standards, mise en place, and operational readiness.
- Monitor inventory, stock, wastage, and beverage costs.
- Support ordering and supplier coordination.
- Maintain hygiene and organization and collaborate with restaurant management and front-of-house staff.
- Engage guests and create memorable bar experiences.

- Competition experience, advanced mixology, wine knowledge, flair, cocktail development, training skills, and exceptional guest engagement are valued.
Employment and Work Location
- The job is full-time.
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
