Bakerist Group is seeking an experienced, confident, and passionate Bartender for a seafood bar and restaurant in Dubai.
The Bartender is expected to combine strong technical bar skills with personality, awareness, speed, and genuine care for Guests.
Requirements
- Previous professional Bartender experience in a licensed restaurant, bar, beach club, or hotel is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, classic and modern cocktails, wine, beer, and mixers is required.
- Experience in a busy, high-volume bar operation and with restaurant or bar POS systems is required.
- Excellent English communication, responsible alcohol service knowledge, and confidence interacting with Guests are required.
- Strong organization, cleanliness, stock-control habits, and a professional appearance are expected.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and busy shifts is required.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistently and professionally.
- Maintain recipes, presentation, portioning, quality standards, and bar mise en place.
- Welcome Guests, understand their preferences, and make genuine beverage recommendations.
- Operate the POS system, process orders accurately, and work efficiently during high-volume service.
- Monitor stock, communicate shortages, assist with inventory, and help control costs and wastage.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and follow alcohol service, hygiene, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate closely with Waiters, Bar Hosts, Kitchen, and Management.
Workplace and Schedule
- The work location is in person in Dubai.
- The job is full-time and includes evening, weekend, public holiday, and busy-shift work.

The role emphasizes hospitality, guest awareness, calm performance during busy periods, teamwork, ownership of problems, and consistent quality.
