Requirements
- Previous waiter or waitress experience in a licensed restaurant, bar, beach club, or hotel.
- Experience serving alcoholic beverages is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, beer, and responsible alcohol service.
- Experience in busy, high-volume restaurant operations.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Confident, friendly, and professional personality with strong grooming standards.
- Experience using restaurant POS systems.
- Good food and beverage knowledge.
- Flexibility with shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- UAE hospitality experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Explain the menu and recommend dishes and beverages based on guest preferences.
- Serve alcoholic beverages professionally, including wine, cocktails, spirits, and beer.
- Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs without being intrusive.
- Operate the POS system and handle bills accurately.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other team members.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service standards.
- Own the guest experience from arrival through departure.
