The employer is seeking a professional, well-groomed, and guest-oriented Waiter.
The role provides service in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality environments while maintaining high standards of quality, elegance, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests courteously to create a welcoming and memorable first impression.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and offer informed menu recommendations when appropriate.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally in accordance with luxury service standards.
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and special dietary requirements.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns professionally, escalating when required.
- Ensure tables, service stations, and equipment are clean, organized, and properly prepared.
- Support VIP guests, special events, and private dining services as needed.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and operational standards at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Waiter in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- At least two years of experience as a waiter in a luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Polished appearance with a professional and attentive attitude.
- A diploma is preferred.
- English is preferred.
