The employer is seeking an experienced and professional Spa Therapist with a background in luxury hotels.
The role delivers spa treatments and personalized guest experiences reflecting luxury, hygiene, and guest care standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform massages, body therapies, facials, and wellness services according to luxury spa standards.
- Consult guests and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and treatment room preparation.
- Create a calm, welcoming, and professional guest atmosphere.
- Ensure correct use, care, and storage of spa equipment and products.
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally.
- Follow health, safety, and operational procedures.
- Maintain treatment records and daily reports.
- Support promotions and VIP guest services.
Requirements
- Proven Spa Therapist experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end spa environment.
- Professional certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and wellness practices.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with international luxury spa brands or five-star hotels is preferred.
- Knowledge of multiple massage techniques and holistic therapies is preferred.
- Multilingual skills are advantageous.

- A diploma is required.
- Three years of Spa Therapist experience is required.
- English is required.
