Role overview
Operations Manager role overseeing a fine dining restaurant operation, multiple outlets, and central kitchen facilities.
The role is responsible for operational excellence, profitability, service quality, consistency, and business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across restaurant outlets and central kitchen facilities.
- Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Monitor performance, KPIs, guest feedback, and continuous improvement actions.
- Manage food cost, labor cost, inventory control, and waste reduction.
- Lead restaurant managers and operational teams.
- Support restaurant openings from planning through operational stabilization.
- Maintain SOPs, operational manuals, and staff training programs.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and Human Resources.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health standards, and local legislation.
- Support strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of restaurant operations experience.
