Role overview
Luxury hospitality destination in Doha seeks a Commis I (Pastry) for its culinary team.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and other baked products.
- Assist with daily pastry-kitchen operations while maintaining high quality standards.
- Prepare products according to recipes, specifications, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food-safety standards.
- Support senior chefs with production planning and inventory control.
Requirements
- At least two years of pastry-kitchen experience in a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques, and dessert presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.

Qualifications
- Diploma required.
- Commis chef pastry experience of two years required.
