Role Overview
Experienced Sales Engineer role specializing in MEP and interior fit-out solutions.
The role develops business opportunities, manages client relationships, and drives sales growth in MEP and construction sectors.
Solutions must align with client requirements, project specifications, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, project managers, and end clients.
- Identify business opportunities and promote MEP and interior fit-out solutions.
- Provide technical consultations and recommend suitable project solutions.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, commercial proposals, and sales presentations.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Review drawings, specifications, and requirements to develop appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor opportunities, sales pipelines, and market trends to achieve targets.
- Support contract negotiations and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Five to ten years of sales experience in Qatar within MEP and/or interior fit-out.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related services.
- Experience with interior fit-out products, solutions, and construction projects.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, customer relationship management, and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements effectively.
Location and Workplace
- Doha location is required.
- Work location is in person.
