- Provide exceptional food and beverage service while ensuring an outstanding guest experience
- Welcome guests, present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Build positive relationships with guests and anticipate their needs
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and provide recommendations when required
- Ensure tables and service stations are clean, organized, and set according to company standards
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
- Comply with company policies, hygiene standards, and health & safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter in a luxury hotel, high end restaurant, premium spa, wellness club, or hospitality brand in the UAE
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken); additional languages, particularly Russian, are an advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Well groomed with a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, guest focused environment
- Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE and available for a face to face interview

Job Overview
