- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure seamless guest service.
- Lead, motivate, and support the front of house team to maintain the highest service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with Reception, Spa, Restaurant, and other operational teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Ensure staff grooming, presentation, and compliance with company standards at all times.
- Conduct pre shift briefings and provide ongoing coaching and guidance to team members.
- Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and overall presentation of guest areas.
- Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, and daily operational planning.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support management in achieving operational and guest satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, premium restaurant, high end spa, wellness club, or similar hospitality environment in UAE
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- A hands on approach with excellent attention to detail
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, German, French) are an advantage
- Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE and available for face to face interviews

Job Overview
