Responsibilities
- Perform Hammam, Moroccan Bath, body treatments, scrubs, wraps, and other spa therapies in accordance with company standards
- Deliver exceptional guest service while ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable wellness experience
- Conduct professional consultations to understand guests' preferences and treatment requirements
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Ensure all treatments are delivered safely and consistently following established protocols
- Recommend suitable treatments and retail products based on guests' needs
- Maintain accurate treatment records and comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with the Spa Operations team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel, premium spa, wellness club, or upscale hospitality brand in the UAE
- Proven experience performing Hammam and/or Moroccan Bath treatments
- Relevant spa, massage, or beauty therapy certification
- Excellent massage and body treatment techniques with strong knowledge of wellness therapies
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance with a warm, welcoming, and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced luxury hospitality environment
- Proficient in English; additional languages, particularly Arabic or Russian, are an advantage
- Must have UAE experience, be currently based in Dubai, and available for a face to face interview

Job Overview
- We are looking for experienced, passionate, and guest focused Male & Female Spa Therapists to join our luxury wellness team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidates will have hands on experience in Hammam, Moroccan Bath, or luxury spa treatments within a luxury hotel, premium spa, wellness club, or high end hospitality environment in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
