Responsibilities
- Assist Banya Therapists in preparing treatment rooms and Banya facilities before, during, and after guest sessions
- Prepare and replenish towels, venik (birch/oak branches), linens, beverages, ice, and other treatment supplies
- Ensure the Banya, sauna, steam, and wellness areas are clean, organized, and maintained to the highest hygiene standards
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and readiness of all guest areas throughout the day
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of Banya rituals and wellness experiences
- Support therapists by ensuring all equipment and materials are readily available
- Monitor sauna and steam room conditions and report any maintenance issues
- Provide courteous assistance to guests and respond to requests in a professional manner
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
- Work closely with the wellness team to ensure a seamless and premium guest experience
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Banya Attendant, Spa Attendant, Sauna Attendant, Hammam Attendant, or in a similar role
- Experience in a luxury spa, wellness club, premium hotel, or hospitality environment is highly preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable working in warm and humid environments
- Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills
- Basic English communication skills are required
- Russian language skills are highly preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the therapy team in a fast paced environment

Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated and professional Banya Attendant to support our Banya operations and assist our team of Banya Therapists in delivering an exceptional wellness experience to our guests.
