Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently from the kitchen and bar to guests.
- Support Waiters during service to ensure a seamless and timely dining experience.
- Verify that all orders are complete and presented according to company standards before serving.
- Assist with table setup, clearing, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area.
- Maintain effective communication with the kitchen, bar, and front of house teams.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and escalate concerns to the Waiter or Supervisor when necessary.
- Ensure all service stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and health & safety procedures at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Runner, Food Runner, or in a similar Food & Beverage role within a luxury hotel, high end restaurant, premium spa, wellness club, or hospitality brand in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of food service and hospitality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Well groomed with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast paced, guest focused environment.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE and available for a face to face interview.

Job Overview
- We are seeking a professional, energetic, and service oriented Runner to join our Front of House team.
- The ideal candidate will support the waitstaff by ensuring food and beverages are delivered promptly and accurately while contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Salary
- Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month.
