Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present hot dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of the Hot Kitchen
- Ensure all food is prepared and served consistently, efficiently, and on time
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation before, during, and after service
- Follow food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and sanitation standards at all times
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or quality concerns to the Chef de Partie
- Minimize food waste and ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients
- Support other kitchen sections as required to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to company policies, health & safety regulations, and kitchen procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commis I or similar role in the Hot Kitchen within a luxury hotel, high end restaurant, premium resort, or hospitality brand in the UAE
- Solid knowledge of hot food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for culinary excellence with attention to detail
- Proficient in English
- Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE and available for a face to face interview

Job Overview
- We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commis I – Hot Section to join our culinary team.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in high volume, luxury hospitality environments and be committed to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
