- Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of food products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie specializing in Russian cuisine
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, luxury wellness destination, or high end hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Russian cuisine
- Good command of English
- Must currently be residing in Dubai, UAE

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Russian Sous Chef to join a luxury hospitality and wellness destination in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate has extensive experience preparing authentic Russian cuisine in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or premium hospitality environment.
- This role requires a passionate culinary professional with strong leadership skills who can support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality while maintaining the highest culinary and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen.
- Prepare and oversee authentic Russian dishes, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Supervise kitchen operations during service and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and compliance with HACCP and UAE food safety standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie specializing in Russian cuisine.

- Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Russian cuisine.
- Previous UAE hospitality experience is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Ability to perform in a fast paced, high end hospitality environment.
- Good command of English. Russian language proficiency is an advantage.
- Must currently be residing in Dubai, UAE.
Compensation
- Pay: AED1.00 AED2.00 per month
