Position Purpose

  • The Visual Merchandising Specialist executes visual merchandising concepts across stores and retail events to support brand consistency and commercial performance.
  • Translates creative briefs and product strategies into clear visual guidelines, displays, and in store executions.
  • Works closely with retail, agencies and store teams to ensure high quality implementation.

Permanent Merchandising

  • Partner with Product Specialists and Global teams to develop merchandising concepts and fixture designs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on fixture design, technical drawings, production, and installation.
  • Develop and maintain planograms that optimize product visibility, customer flow, and storytelling.
  • Manage fixture and pricing updates for all seasonal launches and assortment changes.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards.
  • Oversee maintenance and upkeep of permanent fixtures.
  • Support store openings, renovations, relocations, and closures.

Non permanent Merchandising

  • Partner with Product Specialists to forecast grid requirements for new launches and campaigns.
  • Lead end to end execution of retail activations and temporary merchandising initiatives.
  • Develop activation concepts and designs in line with global brand guidelines.
  • Brief and manage suppliers to ensure high quality implementation.
  • Collaborate with Retail teams to gather insights and evaluate activation performance.
  • Prepare and communicate launch updates, merchandising guidelines, and activation toolkits in English and Arabic.

Reporting And Budget Management

  • Prepare bi annual competitive benchmarking reports covering permanent merchandising and promotional activations.
  • Maintain and track visual merchandising budgets across permanent fixtures, activations, and maintenance projects.
  • Monitor project spending and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Qualifications

  • 2 3 years of in store merchandising experience in the beauty industry within the GCC region.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (ideal but not essential).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with planogram development and visual merchandising principles highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong sense of design and creativity.
