Position Purpose

  • As Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the customer journey, services and operational service management within the store.
  • Responsible to lead, support, coach, and translate the service vision into tangible actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embody Sephora Attitude and set an example.
  • Provide support to the team in difficult situations.
  • Provide coaching and training to meet KPIs.
  • Take over floor leadership segments.
  • Energize and motivate the team.
  • Use tools like Love Meter and CEE for satisfaction analysis.
  • Inspire use of digital tools.
  • Work with Supervisor to coach team on Beauty Services.
  • Support Area Manager in analyzing results.
  • Maintain quality customer service and resolve complaints.
  • Inspire team to achieve commercial and operational KPIs.
  • Reinforce sales policies and techniques.

  • Project an exceptional image and body language.
  • Keep up to date on trends and products.
  • Inspire, mentor and coach the team.
  • Transfer knowledge and create high performing culture.
  • Digital orientation/analytical skills/business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Experience

  • Proven successful experience in managing Team.
  • Minimum 3 to 6 years’ experience in store management.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Languages

  • Good English language.
  • Arabic speaker.
