The Vice President will act as a strategic partner and deputy to the CEO, supporting corporate vision, executive decision-making, and organizational alignment.
The role focuses on high-level strategy, governance, and performance oversight across large-scale power and energy projects , with a strong preference for candidates who bring solid experience within the Oil & Gas sector.
Key Accountabilities
- Serve as the CEO’s strategic advisor and representative when required.
- Support corporate strategy development, business planning, and executive decision-making.
- Oversee company-wide performance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and transformation programs across power and energy operations.
- Provide executive-level insights, risk assessment, and governance support to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure alignment between corporate strategy and major power and energy projects , including those related to the Oil & Gas ecosystem.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Proven executive leadership experience in power, energy, or EPC organizations.
