- Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and long term growth plans
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud environments, databases, and end user systems
- Oversee the administration, support, and enhancement of core insurance applications and business systems
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance
- Lead cybersecurity efforts, including risk assessments, vulnerability management, security awareness, incident response, and compliance
- Establish and enforce IT governance, policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage IT projects, system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with business departments to identify technology needs and deliver solutions
- Ensure effective disaster recovery, business continuity planning, data backup, and recovery procedures
- Manage relationships with external vendors, technology partners, and service providers
- Prepare and manage the IT department budget, monitor expenditures, and optimize technology investments
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud environments
- Experience managing IT projects and digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with Saudi regulatory requirements and cybersecurity frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
