Job Overview

  • Rawaj HCM is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence.
  • Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify, target, and approach potential clients across Saudi Arabia to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify prospects within the HR, Human Capital, Training, and Assessment sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, HR leaders, and business executives.
  • Actively perform cold calling, networking, and door knocking activities to expand the client base.
  • Present and promote Rawaj HCM's services and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth strategy.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
  • Proven experience within the HR, Human Capital, Recruitment, Training, Learning & Development, or Assessment industry is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and business culture.
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong networking and relationship building abilities.
