Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and approach potential clients across Saudi Arabia to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify prospects within the HR, Human Capital, Training, and Assessment sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, HR leaders, and business executives
- Actively perform cold calling, networking, and door knocking activities to expand the client base
- Present and promote Rawaj HCM's services and solutions to prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to achieve revenue targets
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
- Proven experience within the HR, Human Capital, Recruitment, Training, Learning & Development, or Assessment industry is mandatory
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and business culture
- Demonstrated success in generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong networking and relationship building abilities
