- Manage the full export cycle, from order processing and documentation to shipment and delivery across international markets
- Identify and develop new international markets and distribution partners to expand the company’s global presence
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure timely and compliant shipment of medical products
- Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and healthcare industry standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and partners to support long term business growth
- Monitor global market trends and conduct market research to identify new opportunities and optimize export strategies
- Negotiate export agreements, pricing structures, and distribution terms with international partners
- Prepare export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and regulatory documentation
- Prepare periodic export performance reports and market insights for top management
- Collaborate closely with finance, regulatory affairs, and operations teams to ensure accurate documentation, cost control, and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of experience in export management or international sales, preferably in medical or healthcare products
- Strong negotiation, communication, and market development skills
- Knowledge of export regulations, logistics, and documentation
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
