About the Role
RAWAJ is seeking a Civil Foreman for residential projects in Saudi Arabia. The foreman will manage labor teams, supervise civil construction activities, ensure work quality and safety, and support timely project delivery.

- Supervise daily civil construction activities on site for residential projects.
- Coordinate and manage laborers, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress and report daily activities to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Ensure proper allocation and utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project standards and regulations.
- Follow up on concrete works, block works, plastering, finishing, excavation, and structural activities.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with engineering and technical teams.
- Maintain site housekeeping and organize work areas efficiently.
- Assist in material requests and monitor material consumption on site.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers follow safety procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in civil construction supervision for residential projects
- Knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
- Ability to manage labor teams and subcontractors
- 2+ years of experience (from metadata)
