Valet Driver

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally, courteously, and courteously.
• Safely drive, park, retrieve, and handle customer vehicles.
• Operate luxury, premium, manual, and automatic vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles visually before parking and report pre-existing damage accurately.
• Issue valet tickets and maintain accurate vehicle records.
• Follow company policies, parking procedures, UAE traffic laws, and health and safety regulations.
• Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to support smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company positively.
• Report accidents, incidents, vehicle damage, and customer complaints to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Valet Driver, Driver, Hotel Driver, Chauffeur, or Customer Service Representative is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads, landmarks, and traffic regulations is required.
• Strong driving skills and ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles are required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Candidates should be professional, well-groomed, punctual, reliable, and responsible.
• Candidates must be physically fit and comfortable standing, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods.
• Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Candidates must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• At least 1 year of driving experience is required.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary is AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month, all-inclusive, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
