Role Overview
The Technical Coordinator coordinates day-to-day software and technical issues reported from parking sites.
The role focuses on issue tracking, follow-up, coordination with internal teams, and timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a daily log of software, hardware, and technical issues reported from sites.
- Coordinate with Software, Support, IT, and other relevant teams to investigate and resolve issues.
- Monitor software development tasks, bug fixes, and technical requirements.
- Follow up with responsible teams on pending issues and agreed timelines.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and relevant internal departments.
- Identify delays, risks, and unresolved issues and escalate them to the Senior Manager.
- Maintain clear records of issue status, actions taken, responsible teams, and resolution timelines.
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in project coordination, technical coordination, or similar ground/site-based roles.
- Good understanding of IT systems and software project coordination.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Smart Parking, Access Control, ANPR/LPR, ELV, IoT, or related systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Employment and Pay
- The job is full-time.
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,500 per month.
Work Location
- Work location is in person.
