Job Summary
The Technical Operations Coordinator supports the daily coordination and operation of smart parking technology and related infrastructure.
The role links technical teams, field operations, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Technical and Operational Coordination
- Coordinate technical and operational activities across smart parking sites.
- Monitor smart parking systems, equipment, and related technology performance.
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning.
- Log, prioritize, and follow up on incidents and service requests.
- Coordinate field technicians and technical teams for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain equipment, site issue, maintenance, and incident records.
- Escalate critical or recurring issues to technical or management teams.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules and completion tracking.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, Operations, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in technical operations or a similar environment.
- Experience coordinating technicians, vendors, contractors, or technical projects.
- Good understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of smart parking, access control, IoT, sensors, ANPR, payment, and parking management systems.
- Networking, connectivity troubleshooting, hardware installation, and incident management experience.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, technical documentation, and reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Ticketing, monitoring, ERP/CRM, or project management tools are advantageous.
Additional Requirements
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
- A UAE driving license is required.
- UAE experience is advantageous, particularly for regular site visits.
