Role overview
Support the Area Manager in overseeing daily valet parking operations across multiple locations.
Focus on service excellence, operational efficiency, manpower management, client satisfaction, and policy compliance.
Act as a liaison between site teams and management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise valet parking operations across assigned locations.
- Conduct site visits and monitor performance, service quality, compliance, and customer service standards.
- Supervise Site Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Valet Attendants.
- Monitor attendance, scheduling, deployment, productivity, vehicle handling, and operational KPIs.
- Address complaints, maintain client relationships, and prepare regular operational reports.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, ensure health and safety compliance, and submit management reports.
- Coach staff, monitor equipment and uniforms, and support procedures and process improvements.
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, operations management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in valet operations, parking management, hospitality, or transportation services.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience and experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong valet operations, customer service, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- UAE driving license is required.
- Facility management or security background experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Full-time position paying up to AED 8,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
- The role may require work at locations anywhere within the UAE.
