Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with parking enquiries and issues.
- Provide accurate information about parking rates, availability, and policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them efficiently and professionally.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the company database.
- Collaborate with on-site parking staff to address customer concerns and improve service.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer service orientation are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls efficiently is required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software are required.
- Attention to detail and the ability to document interactions accurately are required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person and involves collaboration with on-site parking staff.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
