Position
The position is Workforce Uniform Operations Coordinator for a major international football event in Saudi Arabia.
The coordinator owns the end-to-end uniform operation for staff, volunteers, and workforce members.
Contract Duration
- The assignment runs from November 2026 through January 2027 and is described as a three-month contract.
Location
- The role is based in Khobar and involves uniform operations across multiple venues.
- Candidates based in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan uniform requirements based on workforce numbers and roles.
- Manage uniform orders, stock, inventory, storage, deliveries, and replenishment.
- Coordinate suppliers and vendors, and organize sizing and fitting sessions.
- Distribute uniforms across multiple venues and maintain allocation and collection records.
- Manage replacements for lost, damaged, or incorrect uniforms.
- Coordinate with Workforce Operations, HR, and Venue Operations.
- Prepare stock and distribution reports and lead the uniform team during the event.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in uniform, wardrobe, apparel, workforce logistics, or event operations is required.
- Strong inventory and stock management, supplier and vendor coordination, Excel, and reporting skills are required.
- Candidates must be organized, able to coordinate high volumes across multiple locations, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
- Experience with large-scale sporting events, international tournaments, major projects, hospitality, or large-scale uniform programs is preferred.
