Role Overview
The Guest Management & Protocol Specialist supports guest services, protocol operations, and stakeholder experiences for a major international event.
The role coordinates VIPs, VVIPs, dignitaries, official delegations, and key stakeholders.
Location
- The role is based in Saudi Arabia, with locations in Riyadh and Jeddah.
Contract Duration
- The stated fixed-term contract runs from 1 October 2026 to 8 February 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of guest management and protocol operations.
- Coordinate VIP, VVIP, dignitary, and stakeholder arrivals, departures, and event attendance.
- Manage guest lists, invitations, seating plans, and accreditation requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams, government entities, venues, and service providers.
- Support protocol arrangements for official ceremonies, meetings, and special events.
- Assist with guest communications, hospitality arrangements, and issue resolution.
- Ensure guest experiences align with event standards and protocol requirements.
- Prepare operational reports, schedules, and stakeholder briefings.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in protocol, guest management, hospitality, events, customer service, public relations, or stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle VIP and stakeholder interactions professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
