About the Opportunity
Event Specialists are sought for delivery of a large-scale international event project in Saudi Arabia.
The role is hands-on and on-ground, supporting event venues, zones, and daily activities in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates may come from different event and operational backgrounds and must coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
Contract Details
- The project runs from 1 October 2026 to 1 March 2027.
- The engagement is fixed-term and project-based.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day event and venue operations.
- Coordinate with staff, contractors, suppliers, and operational teams.
- Support preparation and smooth running of assigned areas.
- Monitor operational activities and address issues as they arise.
- Provide on-ground support during event days and operational periods.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Follow up on tasks and ensure actions are completed on time.
- Provide regular updates to supervisors and management.
- Support a safe, efficient, and professional event environment.
