Role Overview
Guest Management Manager role supporting a major international event in Abu Dhabi.
Responsible for managing VIPs, senior officials, official delegations, and key stakeholders.
Location and Contract
- Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Contract runs until the end of December.
- Start date is immediate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage VIPs, senior officials, official delegations, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate guest invitations, information, arrivals, movements, and access.
- Manage guest databases and tracking systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure guests receive a professional and seamless experience.
- Support event planning, event operations, and post-event close-out.
Requirements
- Manager-level experience in guest management, VIP events, major events, premium hospitality, or five-star hotels.
- Experience with guest databases or management systems; Smartsheet experience is an advantage.
- Ability to handle VIP and stakeholder interactions professionally.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on event and operational requirements.
