Role Details

• The role is full-time and on-site in London, UK.
• The successful candidate is already based in London or ready to move there.
• The target London lab opening is in 2026, with a start as soon as possible.

What You'll Do

• Own UK customer operations from onboarding through experiment submission and delivery of results.
• Run strategic programmes and partnerships, including milestones, reporting, partner reviews, deliverables, and operating cadence.
• Build Adaptyv's UK community presence through competitions, hackathons, meetups, workshops, and conference activities.
• Drive UK marketing and communications through announcements, event content, case studies, and customer stories.
• Build operating systems, create lightweight processes, automate repetitive workflows, and improve collaboration.
• Take ownership of additional needs as the London operation grows.

What We're Looking For

• A life-sciences background is required for regular collaboration with scientists and discussion of protein engineering experiments and assays.
• A degree in biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Track record of running complex projects in operations, programme management, partnerships, startups, accelerators, VC funds, or scientific organizations.
• Exceptional organization and ability to manage customers, partners, deadlines, events, and stakeholders in parallel.
• Clear communication skills for partner updates, meetings, customer interactions, and events.
• High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to drive work through completion.
• Comfort using AI tools to move faster and improve operational work.
• Based in London or ready to move there for the on-site role.
