Overview of the Role
The Financial Analyst supports the BP&A Team with strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, automation projects, and administrative activities.
Success requires timely and accurate execution, proactive follow-up, and effective interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
- Assist the BP&A Team in managing the Strategic Plan, Budget, and Forecasts.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of planning responsibilities.
Reporting and Financial Analysis
- Assist with preparing, following up on, and circulating regular and ad-hoc reports and financial analyses.
- Support contingency planning and ensure accurate and timely completion of reporting responsibilities.
Automation and Projects
- Support the preparation, follow-up, and circulation of automation and project reports and analyses.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of automation and project responsibilities.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the BP&A Head and team.
- Provide required support in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hold a commerce degree with a specialization in finance or systems.
- Have 4 years of experience in budgeting and financial or management reporting.
- Retail-sector experience in the Middle East is preferred.
- Be proficient in accounting software, particularly ERP systems such as SAP.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical, planning, organizing, and business acumen skills.
