Role Overview

Project Excellence

• Deliver high-end projects focused on user experience.
• Complete projects on time or earlier while managing timelines proactively.
• Maintain budgets and balance cost, quality, and time-saving measures.
• Follow company processes, strategic goals, and policies.
• Foster collaboration, respect, continuous development, and awareness of architectural trends.

Design Management

• Support the Director of Architecture with design strategies for projects.
• Manage the full design process from brief preparation to procurement, technical reviews, and consultant appointments.
• Deliver projects from concept through tender and construction documentation, including building permits.
• Solve design issues creatively and communicate solutions effectively.
• Identify and prioritize tasks for new requests.

Risk and Collaboration

• Create standard processes and templates for complex tasks.
• Anticipate and manage risks by clarifying stakeholder uncertainties.
• Maintain communication with project stakeholders, including site and procurement coordination.

Required Skills

• Project management and delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
• Problem-solving for complex design challenges.
• Communication and presentation skills for consultants and stakeholders.
• Architectural practices focused on user experience and technical efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• At least 12 years of experience in design and management roles, preferably with leading local developers.
• Experience with residential and commercial office projects.
• Coordination knowledge across architectural, interior, landscape, structural, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines.
• Ability to present to executive management.
• Familiarity with UAE requirements and regulations.
