Manage and deliver hospitality, commercial, and residential development projects from design inception through construction and handover.

Integrate Al-Futtaim brand products where possible and apply a systemic approach to leadership, quality, progress, cost, and value engineering.
Team leadership and delivery
- Lead external and internal consultants, contractors, and commercial staff.
- Implement strategies, delegate tasks according to strengths, provide training, and coach team members.
- Ensure projects meet defined quality standards and obtain completion certificates.
- Monitor progress, keep stakeholders informed, and drive actions to meet programme targets.
- Maintain project costs within viability limits and submit timely cost reports.
- Conduct value engineering exercises and communicate buildability options to the project team.
People, records, and construction participants
- Ensure project teams are adequately staffed with competent site staff.
- Direct works and provide on-the-job training to engineers.
- Maintain project activity records and completed documentation for completion certificates.
- Evaluate and participate in selecting suitable suppliers, contractors, and other construction participants.
Required qualifications and skills
- 15–20 years of construction experience from a project management background.
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in a multinational environment.
- University degree in Civil Engineering and Building.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel, and MS Project.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, proactive problem-solving, and major project management capabilities.
