Role Overview
The role is described as responsible for generating sales and delivering a positive customer experience.
Operational duties include housekeeping, store standards, and visual presentation activities assigned by store management.
Success is measured through sales performance, store organization, and positive customer interactions.
General Duties
- Maintain store standards and cleanliness.
- Create a positive first impression through an energetic attitude and adherence to the dress code.
- Greet customers immediately with a welcoming greeting.
- Provide current and relevant product information.
- Offer quality fitting-room service and follow up with customers.
- Attempt to add on to customer sales.
- Provide efficient cash-wrap service, including gift cards and customer data capture.
- Thank customers as they exit and invite them to return.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and handle various tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CAD tools and design software.
- Physical stamina for extended standing and some heavy lifting.
Qualifications
- High school degree.
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
- Ability to use CAD packages such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, or Photoshop to create visuals and plans.
- Good verbal communication skills.
