Role overview

Project excellence

• Deliver high-end quality projects focused on the best user experience.
• Ensure projects are completed on time or earlier through proactive timeline management.
• Maintain project budgets while balancing cost, quality, and time-saving measures.
• Follow company processes, strategic goals, and policies.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and stay current with architectural trends.

Design management

• Support the Director of Architecture with design strategies for multiple projects.
• Manage the end-to-end design process from brief preparation to procurement.
• Conduct technical reviews and manage consultant appointments.
• Deliver projects from concept through tender and construction documentation.
• Obtain building permits, solve design issues, and prioritize new requests.

Risk and collaboration

• Create processes and templates for handling complex tasks consistently.
• Anticipate and manage risks by clarifying uncertainties between stakeholders.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders across site activities and procurement.

Required skills

• Excellence in project management and delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex design challenges.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for leading consultants and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural practices, user experience, and technical efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• At least 12 years of experience in design and management roles.
• Extensive experience with residential and commercial office projects.
• Experience coordinating architectural, interior, landscape, structural, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines.
• Ability to present to executive management.
• Familiarity with UAE local requirements and regulations.
• Experience with leading local developers is preferred.
