Job Purpose
Plan, implement, and direct company sales activities in a designated area to achieve HVAC/TVR, including VRF/VRV, sales objectives.
The position covers the North Emirates: Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
Compensation
- Compensation is up to AED 33,000 per month with family benefits including an education allowance.
Principal Accountabilities
- Achieve sales targets set by management.
- Delegate designated customer accounts to the sales team.
- Follow up on projects and inquiries to achieve sales goals.
- Supervise sales team activities and performance.
- Investigate lost sales and customer accounts.
- Develop pricing schedules and rates.
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
- Attend trade meetings and industry conventions.
- Report daily sales dynamics and client requirements.
- Complete other related tasks as required by the department manager.
Minimum Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or sales and marketing is required; an MBA is a plus.
