Job Purpose
Develop and manage sales of DX air-conditioning systems across UAE mega projects.
Own opportunities from early design and specification through tendering, negotiation, award, and execution.
Achieve agreed sales, revenue, margin, and market-share targets.
Principal Accountabilities
- Develop strategic sales plans targeting UAE mega projects.
- Build relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, project managers, and procurement teams.
- Identify projects early and track them through design, specification, tender, award, and delivery.
- Secure product approvals and specifications with consultants and developers.
- Lead negotiations and prepare offers, tenders, BOQs, price comparisons, and value-engineering proposals.
- Coordinate technical and commercial proposals with factory, product management, estimation, and engineering teams.
- Analyse competitors, pricing, product specifications, and market strategies.
- Manage the pipeline, forecasts, CRM records, key accounts, handover, and performance reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering, sales, or marketing.
- MBA is a plus.
