Job Purpose
Coordinate service and maintenance activities and support timely, efficient service to customers and service teams.
Manage customer communication, contract renewals, invoicing, spare parts requirements, and service-related documentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit required documents to customers and follow up until approval.
- Correspond with customers regarding service, maintenance, documentation, and related requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on agreements before their expiry dates.
- Post and update signed maintenance agreements in the ERP system.
- Prepare and issue maintenance invoices according to contractual terms and conditions.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and invoices.
- Coordinate with site engineers and service staff on spare parts, payments, agreements, variations, and customer complaints.
- Prepare material requisitions for spare parts required for maintenance and service jobs.
- Prepare and process spare parts requisitions and service requests in the ERP system.
- Maintain accurate records of service contracts, customer requests, invoices, spare parts, and related documentation.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the service and maintenance team.
