Principal Accountabilities
- Manage work execution to complete elevator installation projects and hand over lifts to customers.
- Assist with technical team matters and sales or maintenance alternatives.
- Handle new installation issues in the designated zone.
- Deliver installation quality and customer service according to Sigma standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to support workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure employees follow safety procedures when working on customer properties.
- Inspect assigned sites and oversee installation work.
- Schedule and supervise technicians for new installation works.
- Manage handover of newly installed elevator systems and outstanding issues.
- Monitor technician tools, equipment safety, suitability, and stock supply.
- Resolve technician-reported non-conformities.
- Prepare technical submittal reports and provide customer solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 10-12 years of experience in the elevator industry.
- Knowledge of engineering standards and codes of practice.
- Contract and commercial knowledge.
- Negotiation, team leadership, computer, planning, procurement, and selling skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, lead, and monitor team efforts to completion.
- Excellent English language ability; Arabic is an advantage.
Additional Project Duties
Attend site technical meetings to solve problems and support customer satisfaction.
Manage installation work progress and monitor project requirements.
