Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand hair removal needs and explain electrolysis process and treatment options
- Actively manage leads from various platforms (social media, WhatsApp, calls, emails) using CRM systems to optimize conversion
- Maintain consistent communication with Marketing and Operations teams to provide feedback
- Exceed or meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for new leads
- Foster trust and long term relationships with existing clients by engaging before and after treatments
- Promote client retention by pre scheduling appointments, upselling additional services, and increasing treatment hours
- Manage client feedback, complaints, and resolve exceptional client cases proactively
- Collaborate with Therapists to ensure they are prepared for each client's treatment session
- Plan, schedule, and execute external communications including mailings related to events, offers, and promotions
- Maintain meticulous client records, facilitate billing and payment processing, and generate weekly/monthly performance reports
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in customer service, sales, client relations, or relationship management roles
- A university/college degree or equivalent is highly desirable; background in beauty therapy or cosmetology is advantageous
- Knowledge of electrolysis hair removal procedures is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting and surpassing targets and relevant KPIs
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with a working knowledge of CRM platforms and salon software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal (proficiency in Arabic is an advantage)
- Approachable demeanor, well presented, and deeply committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and skilled in administrative tasks

Purpose of Position
- As the Treatment Coordinator at Furless Permanent, your primary role is to oversee the day to day interactions with both prospective and existing clients. This pivotal position involves building and maintaining client relationships, enhancing customer loyalty, contributing to the achievement of sale
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with clients to comprehensively understand their hair removal needs and expectations, while providing thorough explanations of the electrolysis process and available treatment options
- Actively manage leads generated from various platforms, including social media, WhatsApp, calls, and emails, by leveraging our CRM systems to optimize lead conversion
- Maintain consistent communication with the Marketing and Operations teams to provide valuable feedback
- Exceed or meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for new leads
- Foster trust and long term relationships with existing clients by engaging with them both before and after treatments to ensure their satisfaction
- Promote client retention by proactively pre scheduling appointments, upselling additional services, and increasing treatment hours
- Manage client feedback, complaints, and resolve exceptional client cases in a proactive manner
- Collaborate closely with Therapists to ensure they are well prepared for each client's treatment session
- Provide consistent constructive feedback to operational teams to align with client expectations and drive overall business enhancements

- Maintain meticulous client records, including comprehensive treatment history and progress, ensuring data accuracy and completeness through the utilization of various systems and software
Qualifications
- 3 5 years of experience in customer service, sales, client relations, or relationship management roles
- A university/college degree or equivalent is highly desirable; a background in beauty therapy or cosmetology is advantageous
- Knowledge of electrolysis hair removal procedures is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting and surpassing targets and relevant KPIs, including customer satisfaction metrics
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with a working knowledge of CRM platforms and salon software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal (proficiency in Arabic is an advantage)
