About the Role
Furless Permanent is hiring Call Center Agents for its in-house call center. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries and bookings, and maintain records using CRM.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and service requests
- Interact with customers over various communication mediums including phone, email, social media channels (Instagram, Facebook), and WhatsApp
- Provide accurate information regarding services, promotions, and available appointments
- Schedule and confirm client appointments efficiently to maximize branch availability
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns or complaints professionally
- Assist in resolving client issues and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system
- Coordinate with operational team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers
- Achieve performance targets, including client conversion rates, customer retention, and service quality
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle customer queries in a calm, professional manner
- Previous call center experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus) and Call Center Systems (Ziwo experience is a plus)
- Flexible and able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

- We are establishing an in house call center and looking for enthusiastic and motivated call center agents to join our growing team.
