- Measure marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Lead data governance and data quality initiatives
- Develop SOPs and improve cross functional business processes
- Support ERP, CRM, and HRIS implementations
- Deliver system training and drive user adoption
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to deliver business intelligence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, or Commercial Finance
- Strong experience with CRM and ERP systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
- SQL knowledge is a strong advantage
- Experience within healthcare, beauty, retail, hospitality, or service industries is a plus

Role Overview
