- Greet, register, and guide clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and reminders
- Promote treatments, packages, and retail products to meet sales targets
- Handle complaints empathetically and resolve issues quickly
- Maintain accurate client records and transactions in CRM/POS system
- Perform daily cash up and reconciliation in coordination with Finance
- Generate daily and weekly performance reports
- Ensure reception and waiting areas reflect premium standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher (Diploma in Administration or Customer Service preferred)
- 1 3 years of experience in front desk, sales, or customer service (beauty, wellness, or hospitality preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/booking systems (Fresha experience preferred)
- Fluent in English (required); Arabic is an advantage
- Strong sales, upselling, and relationship building skills

Position Overview

- Reporting to: KSA Operations Manager
- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities
- Client Experience & Reception: Greet, register, and guide clients with warmth and professionalism
- Maintain clear communication in English and/or Arabic; respond to phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and reminders to maximize show up rates
- Handle complaints empathetically and resolve issues quickly
- Ensure reception and waiting areas reflect Furless premium standards
- Sales & Client Retention: Promote treatments, packages, and retail products confidently
- Educate clients on home care routines and follow up treatments
- Track and follow up with lapsed or prospective clients
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and upselling targets
- Support in branch marketing and promotional activities
- Maintain accurate client records, purchase history, and preferences
- Administrative & Operational Support: Record all bookings, payments, and transactions in CRM/POS system
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or higher (Diploma in Administration or Customer Service preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in front desk, sales, or customer service (beauty, wellness, or hospitality preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/booking systems (Fresha experience preferred)
- Fluent in English (required); Arabic is an advantage
- Strong sales, upselling, and relationship building skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Understanding of Saudi Municipality hygiene standards (training provided)
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: 48 hours per week / 2 days off (rotational)
- Compensation: Competitive salary + commission (based on performance)
