Test Analyst - Senior

Role Overview

Accountabilities

• Plan and execute test scenarios, scripts, and cases aligned with requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Perform UAT, functional, regression, enhancement, integration, data validation, and end-to-end testing.
• Coordinate testing activities and manage defects through documentation, prioritization, fix validation, and closure.
• Validate data and integrations and support Agile delivery activities.
• Work with ServiceNow applications, workflows, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create training materials, user guides, job aids, FAQs, presentations, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
• Facilitate walkthroughs, demonstrations, training sessions, and knowledge transfer.
• Support business readiness, deployment readiness, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Support licensing, regulatory, permitting, or citizen-facing applications and processes.
• Use and critically review approved AI and Generative AI outputs for testing and business readiness.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience coordinating software testing activities with business and technical stakeholders.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience across UAT, functional, regression, enhancement, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• At least 5 years of experience in defect management, data validation, Agile delivery, training, and business readiness.
• At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow applications, workflows, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting licensing, regulatory, permitting, or citizen-facing applications or processes.
• Experience using AI and Generative AI tools for testing, documentation, training, or knowledge transfer.
• Ability to validate AI-generated content for accuracy, accessibility, privacy, security, and compliance.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
