Job Description

  • Deliver performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives to meet or exceed objectives.
  • Create pre call plan using SMART objectives and execute post call evaluation.
  • Proactively serve customer needs, expectations and challenges to build trusted relationships.
  • Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers.
  • Continuously build understanding on customer needs, territory market landscape, competitors, and share market intelligence.
  • Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers and identify, develop and maintain disease state experts and speakers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies.
  • Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
  • 4–6 years of relevant sales experience in a specialty therapy area, preferably within a multinational pharmaceutical company.
  • Proven practical knowledge and understanding of HCPs and disease area requirements.
  • Good understanding of the market challenges and opportunities.
  • Great sense of ethics and integrity.
  • Curiosity and ability to learn and improve.
  • Saudi national.
