- Deliver performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives to meet or exceed objectives
- Create pre call plan using SMART objectives and execute post call evaluation to continuously improve performance
- Proactively serve customer needs, expectations and challenges to build trusted relationships and achieve win win agreements
- Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers
- Continuously build understanding on customer needs, territory market landscape, competitors, and share market intelligence
- Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers and identify, develop and maintain disease state experts and speakers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies
- Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)
- 4–6 years of relevant sales experience in a specialty therapy area, preferably within a multinational pharmaceutical company
- Proven practical knowledge and understanding of HCPs and disease area requirements
- Good understanding of the market challenges and opportunities
- Great sense of ethics and integrity
- Curiosity and ability to learn and improve
- Saudi national
