Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test and deploy digital content including interactive visual aids and sales tools using CLM capable platforms and rep triggered emails
  • Support creation and integration of web and digital content for platforms like AbbVie Pro, flipbooks, and emerging channels
  • Produce and edit light format video content such as short form explainer videos and animated digital assets
  • Track and report on basic content performance metrics to support continuous improvement
  • Contribute to exploration and adoption of AI assisted content tools in accordance with guidelines
  • Apply basic UX design principles to ensure usability and visual quality of digital content
  • Proof, edit and review content for accuracy and consistency
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to manage and organize assets
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about project progress and issues
  • Support evaluation of freelancer work for quality and alignment with deliverables

Education/Experience Required

  • Post secondary education in Graphic Design, Interactive Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, UX Design, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in digital content production with exposure to CLM/interactive digital sales aids, web content management, or video/multimedia production
  • Pharma experience preferred (not required)
  • UX design formal training or certification considered an asset

Essential Skills & Abilities

  • French and English bilingual proficiency (oral and written)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent design tools
  • Experience with digital content production for email campaigns, web, or interactive media
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, and communicate proactively
  • Familiarity with CLM platforms (Veeva CRM/iRep, eWizard CLM), web CMS (Adobe Experience Manager), and video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Canva) considered a strong asset
  • Familiarity with AI assisted content tools considered an asset
